Deposit Limits

To assist our players in gambling responsibly, PlanetSportBet have a Deposit Limit within each customer account. This option can be accessed within your "My Account" section. Limits can be amended at any time. A decrease in the deposit limit will take effect immediately, but an increase can only occur after a 24-hour cooling-off period, in order to avoid rash decisions.

Play Break

We provide a Play Break facility which can be activated by the customer within 'My Account' or by contacting Support. A Play Break restricts access to certain features, such as the ability to deposit or place bets, for a chosen period of between 24 hours and 6 weeks. During this time, the restrictions cannot be lifted under any circumstances. You will still be able to access your account to view information and withdraw any available funds.

Self-exclusion

Should you need to take a longer break from gambling then we provide a self-exclusion facility which can be activated by the customer within your Limits & Safer Gambling section of your profile or by contacting Support. Self-exclusion means that your account will remain closed for a minimum period of 6 months and will not be reactivated under any circumstances during the exclusion period. This is the major difference to a standard account closure request. If after your exclusion has expired you wish to return - please contact Support.
